Pomegranate and Rosemary Prosecco Cocktail

With my partner's 30th birthday coming up, I've been scheming about what special drink to make for the occasion. He loves his Champagne, but I personally don't want to waste good Champagne by diluting it with all sorts of other flavours. I prefer to use Prosecco, MCC, or Brut when making a sparkling cocktail. I found the perfect combination with this Pomegranate and Rosemary Prosecco Cocktail. Hits all the right notes - it makes a statement, it's not complicated, and it tastes amazing!

All you need is the following...

1 bottle Dry Prosecco

1tsp Pomegranate syrup per glass (or juice if it's easier to find)

1 sprig of Rosemary per glass

Pomegranate seeds (optional)

Get your glasses (and Instagram) lined up and ready for action. Pour a tsp Pomegranate syrup into each glass, throw in a few Pomegranate seeds and sprig of Rosemary for that extra panache, then top up with your Prosecco. BOOM. Cocktail ready!

I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did, this is definitely a show-stopper cocktail that's easy to whip up and definitely made to impress. Also, the flavour is so subtle coming from a Pomegranate syrup, and not too sweet, so you don't need to worry about it tasting sugary or artificial. Great sparkling wine cocktail for the warmer summer weather ahead. Cheers! Prost!
